Union of motors, servomotors and wheels
In order to respond to the intended objective, the group got together and proceeded to assemble the vehicle's components, starting by associating the wheels with the engines. Once the set formed by the wheels and motors was completed, the group joined the previously mentioned parts to the servomotors.
In addition, the wires were soldered to the motors for future connection to the Shield and, consequently, to the Arduino Mega board.

Programming
In order for the vehicle to respond in an orderly manner to the actions requested by the user of the application that controls the car, it was necessary to program the Arduino Mega board.
In the images on the side it is possible to visualize the codes responsible for the rotation of the wheels 30 and 90 degrees, as well as for the operation of the engines.

Measurements and Cutting of the bottom plate
With the measurements and respective previously defined angles, and with the help of the tool AutoCAD, a computational drawing of the lower plate was created. When completed and saved as a file, it was sent to a CNC machine, which duly cut the lower plate with a laser, as can be seen in the images and video on the side.

Assembly
With the necessary conditions in place to start assembly, the two plates were ground at 5 points with the aid of an industrial drilling machine, requiring a larger diameter drill for the point central.
Subsequently, a terminal block with 8 horizontal connectors was screwed to the lower plate and, consequently, using nuts and washers, 4 columns resulting from the cut of a steel rod were tightened to the lower base of the vehicle.
Therefore, the servomotors were attached to the upper plate and a kind of Shield was adapted to the lower face of the upper plate, proceeding, as soon as the steps described above were completed, to the connection of the wires to their respective locations.
Finally, the two plates were unified, again using nuts and washers, and the Arduino Mega and the battery were placed on the upper surface of the upper plate.

Aesthetic Modeling
With the mechanics and electronics completed, the group was concerned, at this stage of development, with the creation of an external mold for the prototype. Thus, the mold present in the images is made up of three unique pieces, two of them, referring to the front and rear area, are static, while the piece related to the vehicle's passenger compartment is mobile and dynamic.
Regarding the composition of the front and rear, their structures resulted from the cutting of styrofoam plates, which were subsequently covered with adhesive tape and plaster putty. It should be noted that the battery was adapted on the back, covered with glass, the switch and the specific socket for charging the battery.
As for the passenger compartment, it is a miscellany of materials, varying between wood and styrofoam, that is, the side strips were made with wood, while the area corresponding to the roof was made with styrofoam, having filled the glass area with sheets of hard plastic and added a panoramic roof.
